Mobile layout
How the email adapts on phones, and the controls for stacking, spacing, text size and widths.
Open the Mobile preview and adjust any layer for phones from the Customize tab, without touching the desktop design. On a phone the email narrows to the width of the screen, columns stack, images scale down, and small icons keep their size.
Stacking
Section titled “Stacking”Select a row and choose Stack on mobile: Auto lets Sendra decide, Stack puts the columns on top of each other, Side-by-side keeps them beside each other.
Spacing
Section titled “Spacing”Turn on Override padding on mobile or Override gap on mobile on a frame to set different padding and spacing for phones.
Turn on Override font size on mobile or Override line height on mobile on a text layer for a size that reads well on a phone.
Widths
Section titled “Widths”- For an image, set Width on mobile to Default (auto), Full width, or a Custom width.
- For a button, turn on Full width on mobile to stretch it across the screen.
- For a frame, turn on Limit width on mobile to keep it from filling the screen.
Showing a layer on one screen only
Section titled “Showing a layer on one screen only”Set Show on in the Visibility card to hide a layer on desktop or on mobile. See Customize a layer.
Check the result
Section titled “Check the result”Open the Mobile preview after each change; it regenerates as you edit.
