Host your images
Hosted images on every plan, and image URLs as the alternative.
Turn on Host images online and Sendra uploads your images and uses those links in the exported HTML, so Copy HTML works and the email shows its images anywhere. Hosting is available on every plan: the free plan includes 100 hosted images, and Pro and Team are unlimited.
Turn it on
Section titled “Turn it on”In the export window’s Images section, turn on Host images online. Sendra uploads each image in the email and the counter shows how many of your free 100 are used. The exported HTML links to the hosted copies.
Use your own image URLs
Section titled “Use your own image URLs”Paste the address of an image you host yourself into Image URL on that image’s card, and Sendra uses your address instead of uploading. Copy image URL copies the address Sendra hosted.
When images may not load
Section titled “When images may not load”Turn hosting on, add the missing image URLs, or choose Export package, which bundles the images as files. Copy HTML links images from the web, so when some are not hosted and have no image URL, the export window says Images may not load before you copy.
If you cancel
Section titled “If you cancel”Your hosted images keep working after your subscription ends, so emails you already sent are not affected. How long they stay online is set out in the Terms.
Test sends
Section titled “Test sends”A test send hosts its images automatically, whatever the toggle says, so the test arrives with its images. See Send a test.
