Activate your license

Paste your key, see your license, and move it between devices.

Choose License from the panel’s menu and paste your license key to activate Pro or Team. The same screen shows your active license and lets you deactivate this device when you move to another one.

Activate

Section titled “Activate”
  1. Open the panel’s menu and choose License.
  2. Paste the whole key. It is a long string of letters, numbers and dashes.
  3. Activate.

Your license then shows your plan and the email address it belongs to.

Move to another device

A Pro key is active on one Figma account at a time. To use it elsewhere, deactivate it from Your license on the account that has it, then activate on the new one. A Team key covers up to five people, each on their own Figma account.

When the key is not accepted

  • Key doesn’t look right. Paste the full key, dashes included.
  • This key is in use. Deactivate Sendra on the Figma account using it, then activate here.
  • Key not recognized. Check the key against your purchase, then try again.
  • Couldn’t connect. Try again in a moment.

If the key still is not accepted, write to support@hellosendra.com with the email address you purchased with.
