Export your email
The export package, Copy HTML, and the minify setting.
Export opens the export window, where you choose how the email leaves Sendra: as a package to upload, or as HTML on your clipboard. Both come from the same generation, so they never disagree.
Export type
Section titled “Export type”- Export package downloads a zip with the HTML file and an images folder, the images named in the order they appear. Upload both to your email tool.
- Copy HTML puts the HTML on your clipboard, with your images linked from the web. This needs your images online: turn on Host images online, or give each image an image URL. See Host your images. If copying fails, Download saves the HTML file instead.
Images and fonts
Section titled “Images and fonts”The Images section lists every image with its format and hosting. The Fonts section lists every font with its fallback and an optional font file URL. See Host your images and Fonts in email.
Minify HTML
Section titled “Minify HTML”Under Advanced, Minify HTML removes whitespace from the exported file, which makes it smaller. It is on by default. Turn it off for a readable file.
What counts as an export
Section titled “What counts as an export”On the free plan, each completed export counts against your ten. Previews are unlimited and a test send never uses an export. See Plans and limits.
